READY, SET, ACT
Who's acting first?
A little mystery. A lot of laughing.
Pick an actor and pass them the device. Only the actor should see the card.

- Team 20 points

How to play
- Choose your settings and decide who will act first. Keep the screen facing the actor so the guessers cannot read the card.
- Prepare a round, reveal the card, and start the timer when the actor is ready. Act with gestures instead of saying or spelling the answer.
- Mark a correct guess for a point, or pass a card that does not work for your group. Reveal the next card while the same timer runs.
- When time ends, hand the device to the next actor. Give each team the same number of rounds before comparing scores.
BEFORE THE FIRST ROUND
Set a few house rules
- Agree before starting whether sounds, pointing at objects, and close-enough answers count. A simple default is silent acting with no letters or spelling.
- Choose a clear space for acting. Seated gestures work too; let players pass anything unfamiliar or uncomfortable.
- For a team game, alternate actors and award one point per correct card. For a cooperative game, everyone guesses and you can ignore the team totals.
WARM-UP IDEAS
Four examples to practice
Try these example ideas before starting a timed round. They are practice suggestions, separate from the card on your screen.
Brushing your teeth
Show the toothbrush, then the brushing motion.
Flying a kite
Hold an imaginary string and follow the kite with your eyes.
A dancing robot
Use stiff joints and a few mechanical steps.
Packing a suitcase
Fold imaginary clothes, then struggle to close the lid.
YOUR HOUSE RULES
Make the next round different
Keep the same teams and change only one rule, such as allowing one sound or having two people act together. Agree on the rule before the timer starts so every team gets the same chance.
THE CURRENT GAME
Cards, rounds, and resets
Cards do not repeat within the current game. Every card drawn stays out of the pool across rounds, including cards you pass. Taking the next turn does not refill the pool; reset the game when you want to use those cards again.
Resetting the game or applying new settings starts a fresh game with the full matching pool. Reloading or leaving this page also clears this game. Cards, scores, and settings are not saved for your next visit.
