READY, SET, ACT
Who's acting first?
A little mystery. A lot of laughing.
Pick an actor and pass them the device. Only the actor should see the card.

GET EVERYONE PLAYING
How to play
- Make two teams and choose an actor for the first round. Decide how many rounds each team will play and what counts as a close-enough answer.
- Let only the actor see the revealed card, then start the 60-second timer. Use silent gestures without mouthing or spelling the answer.
- Mark correct guesses for points. Pass when you are stuck, reveal the next card, and keep playing on the same clock.
- Alternate teams when the timer ends and choose a different actor each time. Compare totals after both teams have played the agreed number of rounds.
BEFORE THE FIRST ROUND
Keep a lively round fair
- Give both teams the same timer and guessing rules. Avoid changing difficulty halfway through a pair of turns.
- Let a player pass without explaining why. Tricky cards rely on shared knowledge as well as acting, so choose easier settings if the group is getting stuck.
- Keep the device with the actor or a neutral scorekeeper. If you need to stop for a discussion, pause the round before settling the answer.
WARM-UP IDEAS
Four examples to practice
Try these example ideas before starting a timed round. They are practice suggestions, separate from the card on your screen.
A magician whose trick went wrong
Attempt a grand reveal, then search for the missing result.
Squeezing through a tiny doorway
Measure the opening, turn sideways, and carefully wriggle through.
A chef rescuing a collapsing cake
Admire the layers, notice the wobble, and try to catch them.
An overenthusiastic tour guide
Gather the group and dramatically point out every imaginary landmark.
YOUR HOUSE RULES
Settle a tie with equal turns
Play one extra round per team with the same settings. If you prefer a social game without a winner, keep the timer for momentum and leave the scores alone. No extra equipment or party penalties are needed.
THE CURRENT GAME
Cards, rounds, and resets
Cards do not repeat within the current game. Every card drawn stays out of the pool across rounds, including cards you pass. Taking the next turn does not refill the pool; reset the game when you want to use those cards again.
Resetting the game or applying new settings starts a fresh game with the full matching pool. Reloading or leaving this page also clears this game. Cards, scores, and settings are not saved for your next visit.
